What To Expect

Advanced veterinary services delivered with small town courtesy and respect!

As a new client of Brown Creek Animal Hospital, you can expect our full attention to your pet’s needs.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we’ll usher you into an examination room after checking in your pet.

In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet’s medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.

One of our veterinarians will then examine your pet, ask you further questions and may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Once any necessary diagnostics have been completed, most of which can be performed while you wait, your doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan as warranted.

This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team in extremely committed to client education and wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing.

Following the examination, a veterinary technician will come back to complete the visit and will provide you with helpful pet care information as well as answer any wellness or care questions you may have. You will then be escorted back to our front desk staff , who will process your payment and schedule any needed follow-up appointments.

Feel free to ask for any assistance during your visit. Our team is always available to help you and your pet to and from your vehicle as needed.

Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients in a timely and efficient manner, although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible!
